If you have never been in a Court in Jamaica- your education is incomplete as the first you should Know Is Dis Phrase "NOT GUILTY or GUILTY WITH EXPLANATION" Well I just said No Guilty of any Charges as I refuse to Pay a Policeman" I was then reminded of the Judicial procedures which are more important than administrating Justice Needless to say the Officer failed to show- but my name is still on the Books what was that funny word but I was reminded that they Court still has the Power to call up the case and I hope that they Do- as that is One Dirty Policeman I want out of the Force
